I am a corporate communications advisor with over 35 years of experience helping organisations across Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific communicate effectively. Originally from Canada, I began my career in advertising, rising to become a creative director before moving to Hong Kong to join an American advertising agency.

From there I established my own corporate communications freelance business in Hong Kong before moving in-house to Hang Seng Bank and HSBC. I subsequently joined Edelman, the world’s largest PR agency, where I led one of the firm’s business practices, advising clients such as Microsoft, Daiwa Securities and Starbucks. While at Edelman I gained extensive experience in reputation management and crisis communications, including China’s tainted milk scandal in 2008.

After returning to independent consulting, I have partnered with leading organisations in Hong Kong focusing on financial and sustainability reporting, corporate publications, websites, and video scripting.
