Project Description

M+ is Hong Kong’s spectacular new museum on the Kowloon waterfront, which when completed will present outstanding works of 20th and 21st century art, design and architecture. Designed by renowned Swiss architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron, it is being built by Gammon to a world-class standard of construction. In this feature article for The Record, my task was to describe the complexities of the project, the challenges faced by the project team, and the significance of the museum on the art world.
